Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide via Royal Mail and DHL / Deutsche Post. All items are sent fully tracked.

  • 🇺🇸 US / 🇨🇦 Canada - (4 - 7 Business Days)
  • 🇬🇧 UK - FREE (Next Working Day)
  • 🇪🇺 EU - (3 - 5 Business Days)
  • 🌏 Rest of the World - (7 - 14 Business Days)

Same-day dispatch:

  • All of our in-stock items are available for immediate despatch.
  • If you clear checkout before 4pm (UTC) Monday to Friday, your order will shipped the same day.
  • Orders received after this will be dispatched the following working day.

How much is shipping?

Shipping to UK is FREE and usually arrives Next Working Day.

For all other regions, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Are Real Merch an approved seller?

We are! Under license from CBS and Paramount, Heathside Trading Ltd have confirmed Real Merch Limited as a fully authorised, appointed seller for the sale of all Star Trek products.

Where do you get your Eaglemoss stock from?

All Eaglemoss stock comes to us directly from Master Replicas' parent company, Heathside Trading Ltd).

We plan to continue recieving regular deliveries and to offer the Eaglemoss range for sale on our website and across all major global marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay etc) throughout 2023.
